NBWs issued against the petitioner received back unserved with the report that despite visit of the police officials of PS Kotwali to the native village of the petitioner, he could not be traced out. Statement of brother and father of the petitioner were recorded who stated that after release on parole when the petitioner was going with them, the petitioner got down from the auto-rickshaw at Ajam Chowk, Delhi asking them to reach the Station and he would also reach there after sometime but he did not return. Statement of Area Sarpanch as well as other local residents of the village of the petitioner was also recorded.

In the given circumstances, it is directed that as and when the petitioner is arrested, he be sent to the Jail. PRATIBHA RANI, J.
