Issue notice. Learned counsel for the appellant accepts notice. 2.

List on 26th July, 2017.

Subject to the outcome of the application, Railways are directed to

deposit the TDS amount in terms of the order dated 29th March, 2017 within a period of four weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that Syndicate Bank, Ganga Ram Hospital, Rajinder Nagar is not permitting the Shatru Ghan Prasad to withdraw the amount from his savings bank account. 5.

It is clarified that Shatru Ghan can withdraw the amount by means of withdrawal form and there is no stay/bar in the withdrawal of the amount. This Court has only directed the bank not to issue the debit card or cheque book to Shatru Ghan.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
