% 09.01.2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the certified copy of the Will has been received, a copy of the index has not been supplied.

The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the same was not supplied as the petitioner's application was not for that purpose. He submits that if the petitioner applies for a certified copy of the index, the same shall be supplied to the petitioner within a period of four weeks. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the respondents and issuing a direction in terms thereof, the present petition is disposed of.
