% 13.07.2016 The petitioner has filed the abovementioned petition under Section 15(2) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for certain directions and terminate the mandate of sole arbitrator on the ground stated in the objection. Notice was issued to the respondent. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection if the prayer is granted. Accordingly, the mandate of sole arbitrator Ms.Ragini Ahuja, Advocate is terminated. Ms.Ruchi Jain, Advocate (Mob. No.9971753596) Ch. No.488, Lawyer's Chamber, Block-II, Delhi High Court is appointed as sole arbitrator in place of earlier sole arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties. The fee of the arbitrator is fixed at Rs.60,000/- which shall be paid by the parties in equal proportionate. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted at High Court premises. Earlier sole arbitrator shall return the complete records to the new arbitrator appointed by this Court. Parties to appear before the arbitrator on 29th July, 2016 at 4.30 p.m.

Copy of the order be given dasti to both the parties. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
