The petitioner and respondent No. 2 have filed the instant petition jointly. The petitioner No. 1 is the son of petitioner No. 2. Respondent No. 2 is the wife of petitioner No. 1.

Photograph of the petitioner and respondent No. 2 have been affixed on the petition. Affidavit in support of the petition has been deposed to by the petitioner and respondent No. 2. In HMA No. 294/2013 a settlement took place between the parties. 3.

In view of the affidavit filed by the petitioner No. 1 and respondent No. 2 in the instant petition, I quash FIR No. 361/2013, P.S. Ashok Vihar for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC and proceedings emanating therefrom.
