% 18.04.2017 The petitioner seeks order similar to the one made in Ashok Kumar v. Land Acquisition Collector (North) in W.P.(C) 8209/2015 on 22.09.2015 in regard to its claim for reference under Section 18 of Land Acquisition Act. In the circumstances the respondent LAC is directed to consider and make an appropriate order with respect to the petitioner's request for the reference (i.e. an application dated 18th September, 1998) - a copy of which has been produced at pages 11 to 14 of the paper book. The LAC shall make appropriate order in accordance with law within 6 weeks from today. The order shall be communicated directly to the petitioner.

The petition is allowed in above terms.
