The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to respondent nos. 1 and 2 (Estate Officer (N), DSIIDC), to de-seal the premises located at Plot No.23, Badli Industrial Estate, Phase-II, Delhi-110042, in order to enable the petitioners to remove the plant and machinery from the premises, which were occupied by the petitioners. The petitioners have also filed a site plan indicating the area occupied by the petitioners on the mezzanine and the second floor of the said building.

The learned counsel appearing for respondents accepts notice. 6.

In the meanwhile, respondent no.1 shall examine the questions, whether the petitioners were in occupation and whether the machinery and equipment lying in the premises as indicated in the plan belongs to the petitioners.
