The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, seeking bail in FIR No. 34/2018 dated 15.01.2018 registered under Section 458, 394, 397, 506 and 34 IPC with P.S. Harsh Vihar, North East District, Delhi. 2.
The allegations against the petitioner are that on 11.01.2018, he along with three other persons had entered into the godown located at A-582, Gali No. 13, Mandoli Extension, North East District, Delhi-110093. It is alleged that the petitioner had overpowered the guard who was sleeping in the godown. It is also alleged that the petitioner and other persons were having "Desi Katta and iron rod" and had brutally beaten up the persons inside the godown and had stolen 500-600 kilograms of copper. It is alleged that the copper was transported in a vehicle (tempo), which belongs to the petitioner's father.

The petitioner has been in custody since 16.01.2018. It is stated that
the vehicle (tempo) used for transporting stolen goods has been recovered. 4.
It is also pointed out that investigations are over and the co-accused have already been released on bail.

In view of the above, this Court considers it apposite to also release the petitioner on bail. It is so directed. This is subject to the petitioner submitting a personal bond in the sum of ₹30,000/-, with one surety of an equivalent amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. 6.
This is subject to the further conditions that (i) the petitioner shall not leave the National Capital Territory of Delhi without the permission of the court; (ii) that the petitioner shall not approach any of the witnesses or attempt to tamper with the evidence in any manner; and (iii) that the petitioner shall appear before the trial court, on all occasions, where the matter is fixed. Needless to state that violation of any of the aforesaid conditions shall result in cancellation of the bail. 7.
The application is disposed of.
