O R D E R

% 20.12.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that his child is seriously ill and has been advised surgery of the heart. A status report has been filed. As per the status report the family of the petitioner comprises of his father, three brothers, wife and two sons aged 7 years and 4 years. The son of the petitioner was taken to Medanata, Medicity Hospital on 28th September, 2018 whereafter when he was advised Cardiac Cath followed by surgery if suitable, however, no one visited the hospital thereafter.

On 11th December, 2018 a family member of the petitioner visited the Medanata Hospital. From the document it is thus evident that first the Cardiac Cath of the petitioner's son is to be done and if thereafter advised he would be undergoing the surgery.

As per the nominal roll petitioner was on interim suspension of sentence from 19th May, 2005 to 15th August, 2018 when he surrendered after the dismissal of the appeal. Cardiac Cath can be got conducted by the family member as noted above. In case the date of surgery is fixed, the petitioner would be at liberty to seek parole. Considering the facts noted above this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner. Petition is dismissed.
