The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning an order dated 06.04.2018, blacklisting the petitioner company for a period of three years. The said action has been taken against the petitioner as it is alleged that, the petitioner had submitted a forged bank guarantee. The petitioner disputes the said allegation.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to institute appropriate action for adjudication of the disputes relating to the allegation of submission of a forged bank guarantee. 3.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The pending application is also disposed of.
