O R D E R

% 10.02.2016 Petitioner under instructions from his client submits that he will vacate the suit property i.e. one hall on the ground floor of the property bearing No.7832/1, Abbas Building, Nai Basti, Bara Hindu Rao, Delhi on or before 30.8.2016. At the time of handing over vacant and physical possession of the suit property back to the landlord, arrears of electricity and water charges shall be cleared. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he is not getting regular rent/user charges @ Rs.3300/- per month. This is disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that the regular rent/user charges are being paid to the landlord.

Be that as it may, if the regular user charges @ Rs.3300/- per month are not being paid by the petitioner to the landlord, he shall pay the same on or before the 7th day of each english calendar month up to

30.8.2016. Arrears, if any, will also be cleared within a period of four weeks from today. All these facts shall be incorporated in an undertaking in the form of an affidavit to be furnished by the petitioner before this Court within 10 days from today with advance copy to the respondent/landlord.

Petition disposed of.
