% 18.12.2018 After brief arguments advanced on behalf of both the parties, I am of the view that let respondent may decide the representations dated 02.11.2018 and 01.12.2018 which are at pages 141 and 142 respectively within two weeks from today.

The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioners in writing within three days after the decision.

Needless to say that if the petitioners are still aggrieved, they may challenge the decision before the appropriate Forum. The decision already taken would be subject to the challenge, if any, the petitioners so desire. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

In view of the order passed in the writ petition today, CM APPLN. 53370/2018 & 53502/2018 have been rendered infructuous and the same are disposed of, as such.
