W.P.(Crl.) No.3927/2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks protection alleging against respondent No.4 admittedly his brother-in-law that he is not paying the rent and threatening to kill the petitioner. On a query put by this Court to learned counsel for the petitioner if there is a lease deed or tenancy agreement between petitioner and respondent No.4, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that there is no lease deed executed between petitioner and respondent No.4. No documents have been placed on record to show that the petitioner is the owner of the property. Further no specific instance has been mentioned about any threat being received. Petition is dismissed.
