This is a joint application seeking extension of time for concluding the arbitration proceedings.

I am informed by counsel for the parties that the Arbitral Tribunal was constituted on 27.02.2017 and this Court vide order dated 18.07.2018 had extended the time till 31.12.2018.

Counsel for the parties say that the Arbitral Tribunal has reserved the matter for pronouncement of the award.

Accordingly, as prayed, time for pronouncement and publishing the award is extended till 31.03.2019.
