The petitioner has filed the present application, inter alia, praying that permission be granted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the President of the petitioner association to file afresh in his individual capacity.

It is seen that several allegations have been made in the application against the respondents, which are contested. However, it is apparent that the petitioner association does not wish to continue with the present petition.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

It is clarified that this Court has not accepted any of the allegations made in the application. It is, further, clarified that any of the office bearers of the petitioner association or its members would not be precluded from filing a fresh petition in their individual capacity.
