% 18.03.2019 CRL.M.A. 5270/2019 By way of this application, clarification of order of 16th January, 2019 is sought on behalf of petitioner.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State.

In the aforesaid order of 16th January, 2019, the defence counsel was called upon to conclude cross examination of PW-2 on the date fixed. Learned Senior Counsel for petitioner submits that cross examination of PW-2 runs into fourteen pages and PW-2 was cross examined for about two hours and due to paucity of time, cross examination of PW-2 was closed by trial court vide order of 23rd January, 2019.

Upon hearing and on perusal of order of this Court of 16th January, 2019 and trial court's order of 23rd January, 2019, this application is disposed of while granting two effective opportunities to cross examine PW-2.
