% 10.05.2016 Counsel for the parties state that the matter has been settled amongst their respective clients on terms whereby the respondent has offered to pay a sum of Rs. 8,50,000/- in full and final settlement of all the dues and claims of the petitioner, which has been accepted by the petitioner. Consequently, counsel for the respondent has handed over a pay order for Rs. 8,50,000/- bearing No. 502354 dated 05.05.2016 drawn on ICICI Bank favouring the petitioner to counsel for the petitioner in Court, who has accepted the same in the aforesaid terms. Counsel for the petitioner states that with this payment, he does not wish to press this matter any further and prays that the same be disposed off in terms of the settlement. It is ordered accordingly.

The petition, along with the accompanying application, has been disposed off.
