% 21.12.2018 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the application filed therewith, and instead be given liberty to approach the court of sessions by way of an appropriate application to submit, for record, that the petitioner never volunteered to make any deposit as a precondition to the grant of bail. The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted. The application, if moved, of course, will be considered and adjudicated upon by the court of sessions in accordance with law. R.K.GAUBA, J.
