The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.604/2015 registered under Sections 186/353/289/34 IPC at PS Sadar Bazar. Status report is on record. 2.

By an order dated 05.11.2015, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation as and when required.

Undisputably, the petitioner has joined the investigation since then. Allegations against the petitioner are that he allegedly obstructed MCD officials from catching stray cattles from Qutub Road MCD parking area, Sadar Bazar, Delhi. Earlier interim protection was granted by the Sessions Court to the petitioner with the direction to join the investigation. Co-accused has since been admitted to regular bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, he be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `30,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. He shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.

The bail application stands disposed of.
