% 11.02.2017 The matter has been settled between the parties for an amount of ₹4,00,000/- over and above the amount so awarded by the learned MACT court, as full and final settlement of all claims of the appellant against the insurance company.

Mr. S.N.Parashar, Advocate for the appellant requests that the cheque be handed over to him and he undertakes that the same will be given to the appellant. Accordingly, a cheque of Rs.4,00,000/- has been handed over to Mr. Parashar, Advocate for the appellant, the details of which are as under: "Cheque bearing No.805330 of Rs.4,00,000/- dated 3.2.2016 drawn at Standard Chartered Bank"

Learned counsel for the parties state that in view of the settlement entered into between the parties, no further orders are required to be

passed. Suffice to state, the parties shall be bound by the terms of the agreement.

In view of the settlement entered into between the parties, no further orders are required to be passed in this appeal. The same is disposed of.
