% 22.01.2016 This is an application under Section 439 Cr.PC moved by the petitioner who is husband of the deceased seeking grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 678/2015 under Sections 498A/304B/34 IPC registered at Police Station Mourya Enclave. Earlier application was moved before the Trial Court when the case was still at the stage of investigation. Charge sheet has already been filed and it is submitted that the matter is going to be committed to the Court of Sessions Judge.
