% 07.02.2017 Learned counsel for the plaintiff has submitted that the plaintiff has settled the dispute with the defendant and wishes to withdraw the present suit in view of the settlement.

It is also prayed that 50% court fee shall also be refunded to the plaintiff in terms of Section 16 A of the Court Fee Act. In view of these submissions, the suit stands dismissed as withdrawn on account of the settlement.

A certificate of refund of 50% of court fee be issued in favour of the plaintiff.
