% 12.03.2019 Mr. Gaurang Kanth, the learned counsel for the respondent relies upon the short affidavit filed by the respondents. He submits that in terms of this Court's order dated 03.02.2011 in WP (C) 7626/2007, the petitioner was put back into service. His subsequent termination from service is not an issue in these proceedings.

In view of the above, after some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to agitate his rights as may be in law.
