Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have already taken over the possession of the suit property although the set of

keys of one common entrance to the four portions of the suit properties are with the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.4 admits having taken over the possession of her portion of the suit property as back as on 16th October, 2018 whereas learned counsel for the respondents No.1 to 3 submits that they have not taken over the possession.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over the set of keys to counsel for respondents No.1 to 3 today in Court (set of three keys of one lock).
