Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to constitute a team of experts to check the source from where leakage of water supply had entered the basement of the petitioner's property bearing no.21, Netaji Subhash Marg, Daryaganj, New Delhi, due to which his goods of about 50 lakhs are claimed to have been damaged.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not only been regularly visiting the offices of the respondents with his grievance but he has also made a complaint dated 12.11.2018 followed by a legal notice dated 30.11.2018 to the respondents, raising the aforesaid grievances but they have not cared to even
respond to the same.

Mr.Sanjeev Sabharwal and Mr.Devanshu Sahiny, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.1 & 2 and the respondent no.3 respectively do not dispute the fact that none of the respondents have given any response to the petitioner's aforesaid complaint or legal notice.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if the respondents are directed to consider his complaint and legal notice and convey their decision to the petitioner by passing a reasoned order.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with directions to the respondents to give a comprehensive reply to the petitioner in response to his complaint and legal notice by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from today. 6.
Needless to say, in case, the petitioner is still aggrieved, it will be open for him to take legal recourse as permissible under law. 7.
