% 01.02.2016 Mr. Dalal, Advocate for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been filed by the petitioner for production of his daughter. Ms. Heena was produced in court. She has informed the court that she has married one Suhel Khan, respondent no. 2 out of her own free will. She also stated that she is a major and she is on family way which fact was ascertained by the parties. Allegations with regard to threats being made by both parties, both parties agree that they will not threaten each other and maintain cordial relations. In view of the fact that Hina is continuously reiterating her statement that she wishes to reside with her husband, the writ petition is not pressed by the petitioner. The same is dismissed as not pressed.
