O R D E R

% 18.12.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not been named in the FIR. Co-accused persons have already been granted regular bail by the trial court. It is further submitted that matter has been settled between the petitioner and complainant and a reference in this regard has been made in the order dated 14.06.2018 of the trial court whereby coaccused Sanjeev Tanwar and Sarthak Tyagi have been granted regular bail. Learned APP submits that petitioner was declared proclaimed offender.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order declaring petitioner proclaimed offender has already been set aside by the Sessions Judge vide order dated 20.09.2018 Keeping in mind totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, it

is ordered that in the event of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
