% 21.01.2020 This petition has been filed challenging notice inviting Expression of Interest (EOI) dated 07.09.2018 issued by the respondent no. 2. On 07.01.2020, the learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 had produced an e-mail dated 06.01.2020, which inter alia stated that the notice seeking Expression of Interest is no more valid since there was no interest shown by any bidder and the bid for sale had failed. In view of the above, the present petition has become infructuous. It would, however, be open to the petitioner to file afresh, incase any further notice inviting Expression of Interest is issued by the respondents and the petitioner is aggrieved of the same.
