% 20.11.2015 Mr Satish Aggarwala appearing on behalf of respondent No. 3 states that within two weeks an Additional Commissioner of Customs (Noida) shall be appointed as the common adjudicating authority.
Thereafter, within four weeks the application for provisional release of the seized goods shall be disposed of by the said authority. The latter statement is made by Mr Nijhawan on behalf of the customs. The writ petition stands disposed of in view of the statements made on behalf of the respondents.
