% 18.12.2018 The petitioners are aggrieved by what they consider inaction on their complaints apropos the company i.e. M/s Supertech Pvt. Ltd. and its

Directors.

Status Report dated 18.12.2018 has been handed over. It is taken on record. A copy of the same has been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner. According to it, three FIRs being FIR No. 461/2018, 462/2018 and 463/2018 have been registered on the petitioners‟ complaint. The Court is assured by the State that an endeavour shall be made to complete investigations within six weeks and the petitioners shall be kept informed of the same.

In the circumstance, the learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the petitions any further.

The petitions stand disposed-off in the above terms with liberty to the petitioners to take such remedies, as may be available to them in law, in case of any grievance.
