This is an application seeking release of the funds deposited by the petitioner.

This is one of the principal reliefs sought in the petition and, therefore, cannot be allowed by way of an interim order. The application is, accordingly, dismissed.

It is seen that notice in the present petition was issued on 18.12.2018, and the respondents were directed to file counter affidavits within a period of three weeks from that date. It is seen that the said affidavit has not been filed as yet. A final opportunity is granted to the respondents to file their counter affidavits within a period of three weeks. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within a period of two weeks, thereafter.

It is clarified that no further adjournments would be granted to the

parties to complete the pleadings.
