% 19.12.2018 Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks directions thereby directing the appellate authority of Jain Cooperative Bank Ltd. to dispose of the appeal dated 9.10.2018 filed by the petitioner. Keeping in view the averments made in the said petition, I hereby dispose of the present petition without issuing notice to the respondents directing the appellate authority of respondent no.2 to dispose of the appeal dated 9.10.2018 within four weeks from the receipt of this order.

Decision taken on the appeal shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of. Order dasti.
