Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already moved an application for the ossification test of the complainant before the Trial Court and is awaiting the results thereof. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition with the liberty to file an anticipatory bail application on behalf of the petitioner, if any and also in case the ossification test report is in favour of the petitioner, he may move the petition afresh. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending application is also dismissed as withdrawn.

the merits of the petition.
