By this application, petitioner submits that a settlement has taken place between the parties and accordingly, he seeks leave to withdraw the revision petition.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have entered into a settlement dated 20.12.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had undertaken to vacate the tenanted premises on or before 21.12.2019.
Accordingly, on 21.12.2019 he has surrendered the tenancy and handed over the peaceful vacant possession of the tenanted premises before the concerned executing Court. 3.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that now there is no claim surviving against the petitioner.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
