Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a settlement agreement has been arrived at between the parties on 20.12.2019 and pursuant to the settlement dated 20.12.2018, petitioner has handed over the peaceful, vacant possession of the tenanted premises to the respondent before the Executing Court on 21.12.2019. 3.

In view of the same, the applications are allowed. 4.

Revision Petitions are taken up for consideration today. RC.REV. 632/2018 RC.REV.638/2018 In view of the statement by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has already handed over the possession of the tenanted premises and that he does not wish to press the present petitions, the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.

Next date of 21.07.2020 is cancelled.
