BAIL APPLN. 3049/2018 Petitioner is the mother-in-law, who seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No.196/2018, under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC, registered at police station Sangam Vihar, Delhi.

Notice.

Ms. Neelam Sharma, Additional Public Prosecutor for respondentState, accepts notice and submits on instructions that charge-sheet in this case has already been filed and therefore, petitioner is not required to join investigation.

Upon hearing and on perusal of FIR of this case, I find it to be a fit case for grant of pre-arrest bail. In the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to bail subject to her furnishing bail bond in the sum of ₹15,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer concerned.

With aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of. Dasti.
