The petitioner claims direction for release of DVAT refund for various periods. It is submitted on behalf of the respondents that, some documents for processing the refund have been elicited. In the event the petitioner furnishes the documents, the respondent/DVAT authorities shall process the claims and pass appropriate orders. Any amounts admissible shall be remitted to it with interest thereon. 3.
The entire process shall be completed within six weeks from today. 4.
