The petitioner has filed the present application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.781/2015 under Sections 7/10/55 of Essential Commodities Act. 2.

Status report has been filed by the State mentioning therein that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further investigation, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of SHO/IO concerned. However, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required by the IO/SHO concerned.

As prayed, copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties.
