Learned counsel for petitioner, Ms. Aditi Gupta (DHCLSC) is present in Court and states that despite her best efforts she has not been able to reach out to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondent is present with Respondent No. 1 and it is reiterated that the matter has already been amicably settled and the petitioner herein has already vacated the premises. 4.
It is also informed that the settlement had taken place way back on 28.12.2022.

Be that as it may, fact remains that the counsel for petitioner has no instructions from the petitioner and despite various opportunities and Court notice, the petitioner has not appeared before this Court. 6.
It seems that on account of the settlement as stated above, she is no longer interested in pursuing her present petition and, therefore, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
