This application is, accordingly, disposed of W.P.(C) 13955/2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 09.04.2018 passed by the Disciplinary Authority of respondent No. 1 whereby the petitioner has been dismissed from the services. Admittedly, against the aforesaid order, the petitioner has filed an appeal dated 10.05.2018, however till date the said appeal has not been disposed of.

The present petition is disposed of by directing the appellate authority of respondent No. 1 to decide the appeal of the petitioner dated 10.05.2018

within four weeks from the receipt of this order. The decision to be taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter.

If the petitioner still aggrieved by the order of the appellate authority, he may challenge the same before the appropriate Forum. The present petition is, accordingly, disposed of. SURESH KUMAR KAIT, J DECEMBER 21, 2018 rd
