% 14.03.2016 Learned counsel for the parties submit that the learned Arbitrator has already entered upon reference and the arbitration proceedings are in progress. Respondents are appearing before the Arbitrator and the next date is fixed as 17th March, 2016. They agreed that the present petition be treated as an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by the learned Arbitrator. Ordered accordingly. The petitioner to file the copies of pleadings before the Arbitrator within two weeks. Reply and rejoinder to this petition be filed by the parties directly before the Arbitrator.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection if the interim order dated 5th November, 2015 to continue till the same is modified or vacated by the Arbitrator. Ordered accordingly. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
