% 05.09.2019 This matter was referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide order dated January 17, 2019. The Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre has filed its report enclosing therewith settlement agreement dated August 2, 2019 running into six pages whereby the parties have settled their inter se disputes on the terms and conditions noted therein.

Learned counsel for the parties state that the parties shall abide by the settlement agreement, signed on behalf of the plaintiff and the Defendants and their counsel, and the suit be disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement.

Noting the aforesaid, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement agreement. The decree sheet shall be prepared in terms of the settlement agreement.

The plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of court fee in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fee Act.
