% 20.12.2018 Crl.M.A. 50406/2018 Exemption allowed subject to just exceptions. BAIL APPLN. 3041/2018 This is the second anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner. The only new ground urged is that the petitioner is now willing to deposit the amount. The petitioner had earlier withdrawn the petition with no liberty sought.

The allegations against the petitioner are that his son tried to take illegal possession of the land and sold it to someone and when this fact was brought to the notice of the petitioner the petitioner admitted that they had taken over the possession and sold the property to someone else and will settle the matter regarding the property of the complainant. Role assigned to the petitioner is that he was in collusion with his son, prepared forged and fabricated document and took illegal possession of the property. BAIL APPLN. 3041/2018

Considering the facts of the case, this Court finds no ground to grant anticipatory bail.

Petition is dismissed.
