% 21.01.2019 Petitioner No.1 is present in Court. On 21st December, 2018 she was sent to Children Home, Nirmal Chhaya in view of the fact that she was a minor.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that date of birth of the petitioner No.1 being 5th December, 2001, even as on date she is a minor.

Petitioner No.1 who has been produced in Court from Nirmal Chhaya states that she wants to join the company of her parents. In view of the fact that the petitioner No.1 wants to join her parents who are her legal guardians, Superintendent Nirmal Chhaya is directed to release the petitioner No.1 to her parents.

As the petitioner No.1 is being restored to the guardianship of her parents, the present petition seeking protection against respondent No.6 is dismissed as infructuous.
