O R D E R

% 04.04.2016 The disputes between the parties have been settled. The settlement agreement dated 29.01.2016 signed by the parties, their respective counsel and the learned Mediator is on record. The terms of settlement appear to be fair, just & reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same. Accordingly, the suit is disposed of in terms of the said settlement, which shall continue to bind the parties.

Since the disputes have been settled in mediation, the plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of the Court Fees.
