% 11.02.2020 Crl. M.A. No. 3135/2020 This is an application filed by the petitioner under Section 340 Cr.P.C.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondent that State has filed cancellation report which is under consideration with the Magistrate and he further submits that respondent shall be filing protest petition challenging the cancellation report filed by the police. The matter is stated to be pending before learned Magistrate on 04.05.2020.

Crl. M.A. No. 3136/2020 (for directions) This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent no. 1/State for protection as she has again received threats and whatsapp messages from some unknown person.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that all the chats and the mobile number have been provided to the Investigating Officer.

Learned ASC seeks time to verify the facts. Let the needful be done and a status report in this regard be filed by the State before the next date of hearing.
