% 20.12.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondent no.1 to disclose if the name of the petitioner is in the list of eligible candidates for the post of Chief Editor/Jt. Director. Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1 submits that at page 57 is the list and there are four persons eligible for the post in question and the name of the petitioner is not in the said list. Accordingly, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said list before the appropriate Forum. SURESH KUMAR KAIT, J DECEMBER 20, 2018/ab
