O R D E R

% 07.01.2019 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 are related to each other. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial issue which led to registration of FIR No. 115/2013 under Sections 354-A/323/341/34 IPC at police station Kanjhawala against the petitioners, on the complaint of respondent no.2. It is further submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes vide Compromise/Settlement Deed dated 17.12.2018.

Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Anil of police station Kanjhawala.

She concedes that she has settled the matter with petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She has no objection in case aforesaid FIR is quashed

in view of the settlement.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
