O R D E R

% 25.11.2016 Today, learned counsel for the respondent-GNCTD has handed over a photocopy of an office order dated 20th October, 2016, whereby the petitioner's application dated 17th September, 2012 for heavy licence renewal, conductor badge class and 2 days badge class has been rejected. However, the said office order does not specify under which specific guidelines, the petitioner's application has been rejected. Let a detailed/reasoned order be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks.

In the event, a detailed/reasoned order is not communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks, the petitioner shall be paid Rs.25,000/- as costs, which shall be deducted from the salary of the delinquent officer, if such an occasion arises.

In the event, the petitioner is aggrieved by the said decision, it shall be at liberty to file the appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open. With the aforesaid directions, present contempt petition stands disposed of.
