% 09.04.2019 This order is in continuance of the last order. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has joined the investigation. This is not disputed by learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State. Without commenting on the merits of this case, interim order of 21st December, 2018 is made absolute. In the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to bail subject to his furnishing bail bond in the sum of ₹ 20,000/- with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
